ALCOHOL MONITERING AND ALERT SYSTEM

OBJECTIVE

·        This project is to develop a technology driven solution that can accurately monitor an   individuals alcohol consumption and provide timely alerts to prevent excessive or unsafe drinking behaviour. This system aims to promote responsible drinking habits enhance personal health and safety and potentially reduce alcohol related accidents.

APPARATUS REQUIRED

·         LCD  display

·         Alcohol sensor

·         LED indication

·         MSP430 microcontroller

·         Buzzer

WORKING PROCESS

·         An alcohol monitoring and alert system typically works by using sensors to detect alcohol levels in persons breath

·         This sensors send to a data to be microcontroller .

·         The system analysis the data to determine if the persons alcohol levels exceed a certain threshold is crossed the system can trigger an alert which could alarm or even a message to a smartphone app.

·         The aim of such a system is to help prevent alcohol related accidents or ensure compliance with sobriety requirements

ADVANTAGES

·        It helps prevent accidents and risky behaviours by alerting individual when their alcohol consumption exceeds safe limits

·        It can provide a record of alcohol consumption aiding in personal accountability and adherence to sobriety goals
